This is where I will do a full consultation to find out all about you, your lifestyle and most importantly, your smoking habits. To stop train your mind to stop you smoking I need to know what triggers you to smoke, (socially, when stressed, at work etc). Once i have all this i can plan the actual stop smoking therapy for session 2. You will also get an introduction to hypnosis. This session can last upto 1 hour and 30 mins
This is it, the time for you to stop smoking. The information from the consultation in session 1 will be transformed into a therapy script and positive suggestions so i can re-program your mind to make a change from deep within.
