Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool for helping with weight loss. It works by changing your behaviours & relationship towards food and eating habits that are stored in your sub-conscious mind. I can get you to cut down your portion size, cut down or completely cut out wrong unhealthy foods like chocolate, biscuits etc. I can also give you motivation to exercise.
If you are looking to make a real difference to your weight and your relationship with food, I would recommend a few sessions to work on different aspects of your journey with each session. Hypnotherapy is more effective if you have more than 1 session as we can strengthen the new suggestions i give you during the therapy session. If you don't want to commit to a few sessions, you can have the pay as you go option and have as many or as little sessions as you like, however, I would recommend at least 2 or 3 if you want to make a permanent change. I offer a discount if you book a package.
I would start the session off with a full consultation to find out about you, your lifestyle and your eating habits. This is to identify any triggers that make you eat the food you eat, and see when you eat what you eat and what leads to this.
Then i would gradually lead you into a trance state and then give you positive suggestions on how to change your eating habits. You can have this in one session, however, I may not be able to cover everything in the one session, so you may need to return for another session if you feel you need to, or, you can have a look at my Weight Loss Plan below.
